It's so good to see everyone trying to connect with Ianto in their own unique ways, trying to make him feel more part of the team, included and trusted and valued. Even Gwen, for once, wan't prying and actually admits to being insensitive.

But what I like best is Jack's strange approach, no awkward conversation, just a couple of questions and a massage, which is probably what Ianto needs more than anything, considering how tense he is. It shows Jack cares, that he knows how on edge Ianto still is and wants to make him more comfortable. A massage seems like a good start!
