I really wanted to write Gwen in a favourable light. Bit of a challenge for me, but I'm quite happy with how she turned out - I think she's pushing just enough for Ianto to come to some realisations about himself, but not so much as to make him deeply uncomfortable. It's what all of them are doing, in a way, but Gwen's more forthright about it. And in comparison, Jack was the most subtle - because I really doubt he'd talk things out unless he absolutely had to. *grins*
