Haven't read 'Counting Stars', but I like this a lot. I hope Tosh will make a full recovery though.
It's always annoyed me that the aftermath of Exit Wounds was just ignored on the show, so I especially like the conversation here - Jack & Ianto both feel guilty for different reasons, yet they each know the other really has done nothing to feel guilty for. It's just a problem trying to explain that to each other, despite the telepathy. Being able to read each other's minds apparently doesn't make it any easier to communicate!
