I love the way Ianto tries to be more forgiving of the Doctor, for Jack's sake, but can't get past the hurt he's caused Jack. However much good the Doctor might have done, it doesn't make up for his dismissive attitude towards Jack's suffering. Ianto loves Jack too much to easily forgive the Doctor for being so disapproving.
