One who is quite imaginative. I suppose weather - names could run in the family - "Rain" "Breeze" "Zephyr", etc. She could have a name like that - but for some reason I find myself thinking about her as "Anita" or "Annie".
There are several schools of thought about what happened to Cloud's father. Some say that he was in an accident and died before Cloud's birth (there is always the possibility of foul play...). Some say that Cloud is the bastard son of the elder Shinra - after all, he and Rufus look remarkable similar. Some think that Cloud is secretly an experiment of Hojo's, and his mother was only a surrogate for the embryo. People actually think these things out. I've read stories with plotlines almost exactly similar to what I've described. Whatever actually happened to the man that donated his Y chromosone to the cause, it's clear that he is in no way around during the game. Cloud never mentions him in his "revenge" spiel - he never mentions him, period. This seems to imply one of two things - either the man was in no way involved with his life, (death, abandoment, etc) or he had done something that Cloud found abhorrent enough to deny any form of kinship with the man. Personally, I'm leaning towards the former.
