Was somewhat dreading-but-looking-forward to this chapter of yours because I wondered if the proverbial shit would hit the fan (and what form of correspondence it would take). But the AU was AU and Cloud wanting to be there with Seph kept him stable - awwwww!
Still suspicious of perhaps last minute sneaky insert angst, that while this is a trilogy it could spawn a sequel....... Otherwise, looking forward to some more fluff - perhaps tying of loose ends that deal with Seph, Zack, and Cloud kicking Hojo's ass, and Zack somehow rigging an election and Cloud becomes the next Shinra president.
